Shipping Information Taxes Nurserytrends.com is required to charge state sales tax of 7.25% for purchases delivered to addresses in the state of Illinois. Shipping Method Standard Ground Shipping for most items is 2-6 business days. Over sized items may take longer to arrive. We sell and ship within the continental United States only. No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, United States territories or addresses outside the United States. We can not guarantee Estimated Shipping Times, they are determined by the specific carrier. Orders with multiple large items, furniture orders and other large sized items may incur additional shipping charges as well. Should these charges be necessary you will be notified prior to processing your order. If you have not received your order in 14 business days, please e-mail us. No shipping or handling charges will be applied for items picked up at our store. Processing Time At nurserytrends.com our goal is to ship in stock items within 48 hours after the order has been placed. Out of stock and special order items will ship within 48 hours after the product arrives at our warehouse. Out of Sock Items There can be a multitude of factors that can affect stock levels and replenishment that may lead us not having an item in stock. While we strive to accurately manage our inventory on a regular basis, sometimes these factors are out of our control. After you have placed your order we will review all items ordered to determine if any items are not available. We will ship partial orders in an effort to get you your order as fast as possible. You will be notified via e-mail with what items will be processed right away and what items we can not ship. We will also provide you an estimate of when we expect to receive the item back in stock. Your credit card will not be charged for items that are not shipped. Refusal of Delivery / Undeliverable If a package is refused for delivery or not deliverable (at shipper's discretion), the customer will be charged a $15 Refused Package/Undeliverable Fee and be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Nurserytrends.com. Once a package is received back in our warehouse either a credit will be applied to the original credit card less the Refused Package Fee and the actual charges or a second shipping charge will be applied to reship the package.
