Returns / Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Nurserytrends.com. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days. Please contact us for a return authorization number.  We can not accept returns / exchanges without a return authorization number. We will refund your money as long as you follow the procedures outlined below and have a RAN. Your refund will be given on the purchase price less any coupons used, shipping charges, shipping surcharges and a 20% restocking fee.  Special orders and furniture are non-refundable. Returned products MUST be in new and unused condition and in their original box with all the documentation, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. "New and unused" means saleable condition, not used, not dirty and not washed. We can not issue refunds for an item with any indications that it has been used. We can not accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotion and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails and potty chairs. All refunds and exchanges are subject to the final approval of our Customer Service Department.

Sorry, we can not cancel your order once it has been processed. You may however return or exchange any item.

Send Your Return/Exchange to the following address and follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us for a return authorization number (RAN) by emailing us and provide your first and last name, your original order number, item number and product name, and reason for return.
2. Wrap the package securely and use the original packing material, if possible.
3. Mail the package to the address listed below.
4. We recommend you send your return/exchange with an insured, trackable carrier. Nurserytrends.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Once we receive your item, we will send you confirmation via e-mail.
6. We will process your return/exchange within 7-10 days after receipt of your package.
7. We will credit the card you used after we receive the returned item.  Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
8. The credit on the card will show the deduction for all fees.

9. We can not refund shipping charges unless it was a Nurserytrends.com error.

Damaged/ Incorrect Items

Nurserytrends.com will do everything we can to ship your package in good condition. Unfortunately, packages may be damaged during the shipping process after leaving our warehouse. If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please contact us for a return authorization number. We will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) for any/all damages immediately upon arrival. Please do this even if you are not going to immediately use the item(s). Contact our customer service department within 3 business days of delivery to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number and any part number available. We will continue to make every effort to get you individual replacement parts. Requests for parts will be processed as quickly as possible but may take time due to manufacturer processing. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces. If you are asked to return the item to our warehouse, please follow the steps above and send all packaging and materials requested by our customer service.
