How does my Baby Registry work? Can I cancel or modify my order after I submit it? Unfortunately, we can't cancel or modify your order after you submit it. But it's easy to return/exchange any NurseryTrends item by sending it directly to our warehouse. What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your NurseryTrends order. If you're unhappy with the item you purchased for any reason, return it to our warehouse within 30 days of the shipment receipt. How long does it take to receive my order? You'll find more information about shipping times on our Shipping Rates and Policies page. For your convenience, we offer three different delivery options for most items: Standard, Premium and Express. Will you send an order confirmation? We'll send you an order confirmation letter via e-mail. It includes your order number, and confirms the shipping information you provided us. The e-mail also lists each product you ordered and the price. If you have questions about your order confirmation, or if you don't receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, contact us How much do you charge for shipping? Shipping charges aren't included in the product price. We calculate our rates per shipment, based on total weight. We calculate shipping cost this way: Base Price + (Total Weight x Price Per Pound) = Total. Right now, we're unable to ship outside the United States. We hope to offer expanded international shipping soon. Unfortunately, we can't accept International credit cards or any credit card with a billing address outside the United States. Do you ship to Canada? Right now, we don't ship to Canada. We hope to offer expanded shipping options that include Canada in the future Why did my order arrive in two different shipments? We make every effort to ship your entire order at the same time. But if some products are backordered, we don't want to hold up your entire order. We send you the in-stock products right away. We ship the backordered products as soon as they arrive. We'll send you an e-mail confirmation for each package that leaves our warehous What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover . We also accept debit cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo, and PayPal (payment option coming soon). . We don't take personal checks, money orders, purchase orders, CODs, International credit cards or CyberCash. What is PayPal? Paypal allows you to order from us without using a credit card or sharing any personal financial information. Any individual customer or business with an e-mail address can order online using PayPal. If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to receive return authorization depends on the financial institution that issues your card. How is my credit card address verified? During checkout, please be sure to enter the correct billing address and zip code on file with your credit card company. If you have moved, please make sure to update the credit card billing address listed in your account. Who do I call for technical support for the products I buy?
